After I set them to automatic they will stay on and running until I have to restart my computer. As soon as a shutdown my laptop or restart the computer all these services become disabled again. The temporary folder setting "Use temporary folders per session" can be set to No by using the Terminal Services Configuration snapin tscc.msc.
