At 12* N you should be able to see the southern cross from Aruba. Unfortunately this time of year it looks like it will only be visible just before dawn. It looks like your best time to view it would be around 3:33-4:30. My Starwalk app doesn't have Aruba so I'm using the Netherlands Antilles.
