I dont recall any reference to bitlocker during installation. I have checked One Drive. On One Drive, there is a folder titled Vault. Im currently locked out of that folder. WebI'm not very familiar with it, but bitlocker (the Windows encryption system) uses TPM and the keys you have deleted may have been your bitlocker's encryption keys and as such Windows fails to boot. Maybe not. As for Secure Boot, you don't need it enabled.
